James C. Velghe, Sr.
Mr. Velghe is president of Work Dynamics, Inc. Prior to this he was founder and CEO of Management Science Associates, Inc., a national management consulting firm he founded and sold to Willis Corroon, Inc., the world's second largest insurance intermediary. In the course of his consulting career he has been retained by over 1,000 U.S. corporations. He has served on both for-profit and non-profit governing boards in healthcare, banking and law enforcement. Today he and his colleagues assist corporations in selecting and developing high performance leaders, improving overall employee morale and solving sensitive issues and external threats to corporate integrity.
Mr. Velghe manages and consults in all of the firm's services. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry.
Stephen B. Chenoweth
Mr. Chenoweth is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While with the FBI, Mr. Chenoweth served in various leadership capacities to include Supervisor in the Phoenix Division. He is a nationally recognized and an accomplished investigator featured in documentary movies involving the FBI. In the course of his FBI career, he has managed SWAT teams, hostage negotiations, and conducted a variety of investigations involving bank robberies, organized crime, fugitives, and complicated white collar crimes.

Larry J. McCormick
Mr. McCormick is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While with the FBI, Mr. McCormick served in various leadership capacities to include: Chief Inspector of the FBI, Special Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Division, Supervisor in Detroit and FBI headquarters, and Special Agent in various capacities. In the course of his FBI career, Mr. McCormick was involved in conducting or supervising a variety of investigations to include Medicare fraud, drugs, organized crime, labor unions, fugitives, bank robberies, and various white collar crimes.

Monte C. Strait, JD
Mr. Strait is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While with the FBI, Mr. Strait served in various leadership capacities to include: Deputy Assistant Director in law enforcement services, Special Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Division, Supervisor in Washington, D.C., staff attorney in the FBI’s Congressional Affairs Office, and Special Agent in various capacities. In the course of his FBI career, Mr. Strait was involved in conducting or supervising criminal, national security, counter terrorism, and intelligence investigations. Mr. Strait has extensive experience in interagency relationships and mission critical matters with partners including local, state, and federal law enforcement, the U.S. military, and the intelligence community.

Joseph Farrell Waeckerle, MD, FACEP
Dr. Waeckerle is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He is a prominent leader in the field of emergency medicine. Having owned his own emergency medicine firm serving several urban hospitals, he has practiced, taught and published extensively in the field of emergency medicine, sports medicine, and emergency preparedness for over thirty years. He has held numerous leadership positions ranging from department chairmanships to director and president of national and local medical associations, to include the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is Editor Emeritus of Annals of Emergency Medicine and a reviewer for the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association. He has served as chief medical officer for various organizations to include universities, law enforcement agencies, Kansas City Chiefs football club, and is an FBI credentialed physician and medical director for the Kansas City division and advisor on biological weapons of mass destruction, counter terrorism and emergency preparedness. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Missouri. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and California, and continues to practice his emergency medicine skills.

Michael J. Tull, PhD
Dr. Tull is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. Prior to this he was Corporate Vice President of Louisiana Pacific Corporation. Before this he was Corporate Vice President of Sharp Health System, San Diego, California. In addition he was a Senior Consultant with Management Science Associates, Inc. He received his Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the University of Kansas.

K. Bruce Stickler, JD
K. Bruce Stickler is a leading health care attorney and advisor representing Boards, C-suites, and management throughout the country.
Bruce has extensive experience both as an advocate and counsel to for profit and non profit health care industry providers. He has served as labor counsel to the American and State Hospital Associations, and hundreds of religious orders, providers, health care institutions, and integrated health care delivery systems. Bruce has long been recognized as a "Leading Lawyer" by his peers in management/labor relations and health care.
In his career, Bruce has been active in governance for more than three decades, serving in leadership positions and chairman of health system, rehabilitation, and children's hospital boards. Bruce chaired the Illinois Association and served as a member of key strategic American Hospital Association committees.
Bruce has substantial experience in counseling boards and systems, developing and sustaining positive care giver engagement and high performance executive and physician leaders. He is a frequent lecturer on health care reform and strategic implications for Boards, senior executives, and physician leaders.
Tammy Hill
Tammy Hill is Senior Vice President of Administrative Services, where she oversees all aspects of WDI client engagements, to include: financial, technical, and support services. Tammy has over 30 years administrative and organizational experience in both the legal and consulting industry. Prior to joining Work Dynamics in 2002, she worked in various senior administrative roles with Management Science Associates, Inc., a national healthcare industry consulting firm. Tammy directly manages WDI opinion survey operations as well as the WDI Leadership Assessment Center. Over the years Tammy has built strong client relationships with her exceptional communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Tammy attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University-Kansas City.
Kevin Steck, JD
Mr. Kevin Steck is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He has extensive administrative, legal, regulatory, investigative, and compliance experience within the United States Government and the U.S. healthcare industry. He has served as senior executive and Chief Compliance and Integrity Officer for a major health system, developed best in class compliance programs for one of the nation’s largest non-for-profit health systems, and chaired multi-state institutional review boards and committees responsible for compliance, integrity, privacy, and security.
During a distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), he served at FBI Headquarters in the Office of General Counsel where he was Unit Chief, overseeing a staff of fourteen attorneys. He was instrumental in implementation of the FBI’s Ethics Program as set forth by the Office of Government Ethics and authored over 150 memoranda providing legal advice and guidance to the Director regarding professional and personal matters associated with the position. He has served as Director of a nationally recognized FBI computer forensic laboratory and Chief Division Counsel for the FBI Kansas City Field Office.
